3. Financial Report. County Treasurer Roger Haney and County Comptroller Cheryl Bolinger will update the Committee on the monthly financial report.
4. An Ordinance Reducing Line Items In Various Funds And Appropriating Monies From Various Funds To Various Budget Line Items For Needed Adjustments For The Year 2012. This ordinance is needed to close out the financial books for 2012.
5. Review of an Ordinance Reducing Full-time Salary Line Items in Various County Budgets and Restoring Those Funds to Unappropriated Reserves for 2013. The 2013 Budget Controls state that surplus personnel appropriations shall be de-appropriated from full-time salaries on a quarterly basis. These surplus funds shall be restored to unappropriated reserves.
6. Review of Washington County’s Legislative Audit for the Year 2011. The Quorum Court is required to acknowledge receipt of this audit.
7. Report from County Grant Administrator Wayne Blankenship on Grants Awarded to the County and Related Appropriation Requests and Resolutions Needed for the Submission of Grant Applications.
• A Resolution Authorizing The Submittal Of A Grant Application To The Arkansas Department Of Environmental Quality, Solid Waste Management Division.
8. An Ordinance Appropriating $48,282 From The General Fund To The Assessor’s Budget For 2013. This ordinance is being requested by County Assessor Jeff Williams to cover an expenditure that was not paid in 2011.
9. An Ordinance Appropriating $7,000 From The Drug Court Program Fund To The Drug Court Program Budget For 2013. This money can only be used for Drug Court.
10. An Ordinance Authorizing The County To Do Business With Hiland Dairy And Cintas. Two county employees, Mandy Przyszczypkowski of the Purchasing Office and Amanda Walker of the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, have family members who are employed by Hiland Dairy and Cintas.
11. Other Business. Any other business to be discussed by the Committee will be brought up at this time.
