9. AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE RATIFYING
CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS GRANTED BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD. The Planning
Board granted Conditional Use Permits on May 1
for Kerry Pitts, W. Wheeler Cell Tower, and B & R
Meat Taxidermy Shop Expansion. This ordinance
contains an emergency clause making it effective
immediately upon passage.
10. AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING THE DISTRICT
COURT CLERK OF THE ELKINS DISTRICT COURT
AS THE OFFICIAL RESPONSIBLE FOR COLLECTION
OF FINES IN THE ELKINS DISTRICT COURT. This
ordinance is on first reading and will be reviewed by the
Jail/Law Enforcement/Courts Committee on May 12.
11. AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING THE DISTRICT
