10. AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE RATIFYING
CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS GRANTED BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD. The Planning
Board granted Conditional Use Permits on May 29
for JRD United Church of Christ. This ordinance
contains an emergency clause making it effective
immediately upon passage.
11. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING WASHINGTON
COUNTY CODE 9-12 PERTAINING TO THE
WASHINGTON COUNTY LIBRARY BOARD.
This ordinance is on first reading and is being
recommended by the County Services Committee.
