MEETING NOTICE

Washington County Judge Marilyn Edwards has called two special meetings of the Washington County Quorum Court for Monday, September 22, and Tuesday, September 23. Both meetings will begin at 5:30 p.m. and will be held in the Washington County Quorum Court Room, County Courthouse, 280 N. College in Fayetteville.

The purpose of these meetings is to consider additional readings of “An Ordinance Changing The Title Of A Law Clerk Position To A Circuit Court Staff Attorney- County Circuit Courts Position; And Appropriating $4,156 From The General Fund To Personal Services Line Items In The Circuit Court IV Budget For 2014.”

3. ROLL CALL.

4. ADOPTION OF AGENDA. At the beginning of each
meeting, the agenda shall be approved.

5. AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE TITLE OF A LAW
CLERK POSITION TO A CIRCUIT COURT STAFF
ATTORNEY-COUNTY CIRCUIT COURTS POSITION;
AND APPROPRIATING $4,156 FROM THE GENERAL
FUND TO PERSONAL SERVICES LINE ITEMS IN THE
CIRCUIT COURT IV BUDGET FOR 2014. This ordinance
is on second reading. 

6. CITIZEN’S COMMENTS. Fifteen minute comment period
with a three-minute limit for each individual to comment
on items on the agenda or other items.
