The purpose of this meetings is to consider the third reading of “An Ordinance Changing The Title Of A Law Clerk Position To A Circuit Court Staff Attorney- County Circuit Courts Position; And Appropriating $4,156 From The General Fund To Personal Services Line Items In The Circuit Court IV Budget For 2014.”

4. ADOPTION OF AGENDA. At the beginning of each
meeting, the agenda shall be approved.

5. AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE TITLE OF A LAW
CLERK POSITION TO A CIRCUIT COURT STAFF
ATTORNEY-COUNTY CIRCUIT COURTS POSITION;
AND APPROPRIATING $4,156 FROM THE GENERAL
FUND TO PERSONAL SERVICES LINE ITEMS IN THE
CIRCUIT COURT IV BUDGET FOR 2014. This ordinance
is on third and final reading. 

6. CITIZEN’S COMMENTS. Fifteen minute comment period
with a three-minute limit for each individual to comment
on items on the agenda or other items.
