9. Presentation on County Revenues - Millages and Taxes. At the suggestion of JP Harvey Bowman, the County Assessor, Collector, and Treasurer will be making a presentation on taxes, their implication for how much revenue they generate and what the Quorum Court has the authority to do or not do as far as changing rules about the millage and taxes.
