14. AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE RATIFYING A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT GRANTED BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD. The Planning
Board granted a Conditional Use Permit on July 30
for Devore Homes. This ordinance contains an
emergency clause making it effective immediately
