9. AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE RATIFYING A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT GRANTED BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD. The Planning
Board granted a Conditional Use Permit on May 7
for Mount Pleasant Church Expansion. This
ordinance contains an emergency clause making
