8. REVIEW OF WASHINGTON COUNTY’S LEGISLATIVE
AUDIT FOR THE YEAR 2013. The Quorum Court is
required to acknowledge receipt of this audit. JUDGE EDWARDS

9. APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE: AN ORDINANCE
REDUCING THE AMOUNT OF $51,069 FROM
FULL-TIME SALARY LINE ITEMS IN VARIOUS
COUNTY BUDGETS AND RESTORING THOSE
FUNDS TO UNAPPROPRIATED RESERVES;
AND, APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF
$47,353 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED RESERVES
TO VARIOUS BUDGETS FOR 2015. Budget Controls
state, “Surplus personnel appropriations shall be
de-appropriated from Full-time Salaries on a
quarterly basis (April/July/October). These surplus
funds shall be restored to unappropriated reserves.”  RICK COCHRAN

10. APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE: AN ORDINANCE
RECOGNZING ADDITIONAL REVENUES OF $6,305
IN THE GENERAL FUND; APPROPRIATING THE
AMOUNT OF $29,707 FROM THE GENERAL FUND
TO GENERAL FUND BUDGETS; RECOGNIZING
AND APPROPRIATING REVENUES IN THE DRUG
ENFORCEMENT–STATE AND DRUG ENFORCEMENT–
FEDERAL FUNDS; AND APPROPRIATING THE
AMOUNT OF $1,658 FROM THE BOATING SAFETY
FUND TO THE BOATING SAFETY BUDGET
FOR 2015. This is a quarterly housekeeping
ordinance. RICK COCHRAN

11. APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE: AN
ORDINANCE ANTICIPATING REVENUE OF
$368,000 IN THE DEM GRANT FUND; AND
APPROPRIATING $368,000 FROM THE DEM
GRANT FUND TO VARIOUS HOMELAND
SECURITY BUDGETS FOR 2015.  RICK COCHRAN

12. APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE: AN
ORDINANCE ANTICIPATING ADDITIONAL
REVENUES OF $200,000 IN THE DRUG
COURT GRANT FUND; SUSPENDING
BUDGET CONTROLS TO CREATE AN
ADDITIONAL PERSONNEL POSITION IN THE
OJP DRUG COURT ENHANCEMENT
GRANT BUDGET; AND APPROPRIATING
THE AMOUNT OF $200,000 FROM THE
DRUG COURT GRANT FUND TO THE OJP
DRUG COURT ENHANCEMENT GRANT

13. APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE: AN
ORDINANCE RECOGNIZING ADDITIONAL
REVENUES OF $51,972 IN THE LAW
ENFORCEMENT GRANT FUND; AND

FROM THE LAW ENFORCEMENT GRANT
FUND TO THE SCAAP 2015 BUDGET FOR

14. APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE: AN
ORDINANCE ANTICIPATING REVENUE IN
THE AMOUNT OF $7,000 IN THE DEM GRANT
FUND; AND APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT
OF $7,000 FROM THE DEM GRANT FUND TO
THE USAR-GIF 2015 BUDGET.  RICK COCHRAN

15. APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE: AN
ORDINANCE RECOGNIZING ADDITIONAL
REVENUES OF $8,989 IN THE TYSON
PROJECT FUND; AND APPROPRIATING THE
AMOUNT OF $8,989 FROM THE TYSON
PROJECT FUND TO THE TYSON PROJECT
BUDGET FOR 2015.  RICK COCHRAN

16. REVIEW OF THE LINE ITEM TRANSFER SECTION
OF THE 2016 BUDGET CONTROLS. The Quorum
Court voted on September 29 to table further review
