19. AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 2016-22 IN REGARD TO
DANGEROUS, POTENTIALLY, DANGEROUS, AND
HAZARDOUS ANIMALS. This ordinance adds livestock
and poultry to the definition section of the ordinance
adopted by the Quorum Court last month. It is being
recommended by the Jail/Law Enforcement/Courts
Committee and contains an emergency clause making it
