7. PUBLIC HEARING. At this time the Quorum Court will
conduct a public hearing that is a requirement of a grant
application to the Arkansas Economic Development
Committee. The purpose of the hearing is to identify
and prioritize the needs of Washington County who is
considering applying for Arkansas Community and
Economic Development Program (ACEDP) funds.
ACEDP funds are federal assistance received by the
State of Arkansas and administered by the Economic
Development Commission and made available to cities

FOR THE YEAR 2011. The Quorum Court is required to levy
the county, municipal, and school taxes for the current year at

12. AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE
OF CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT REFUNDING REVENUE BONDS
(HISTORIC COURTHOUSE PROJECT), SERIES 2013 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF REFINANCING THE COSTS OF RENOVATING,
FURNISHING AND EQUIPPING THE HISTORIC COURTHOUSE;
PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE PRINCIPAL OF AND
INTEREST ON THE BONDS; PRESCRIBING OTHER MATTERS
RELATING THERETO; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
