4.   ADOPTION OF AGENDA. At the beginning of each
meeting, the agenda shall be approved. Any JP may
request an item be added to the agenda subject to
approval of the Quorum Court.

5.   APPROVAL OF MINUTES. Approval of the minutes of the
March 8 regular meeting of the Quorum Court.

8.   COMMITTEE REPORTS. 

        A.     Amendment to the Employee Handbook. 
                 The Personnel Committee is recommending an 
                 amendment to the Catastrophic Leave Policy. 
                 Changes to the Employee Handbook must be 
                 approved by a majority vote of the full Quorum

        B.    2013 Legislative Packet. 
                The Legislative Affairs Committee is asking the 
                Quorum Court for approval of proposed bills 
                drafted by the County Attorney for inclusion in the 
                Quorum Court’s Legislative Packet for 2013.                EVA MADISON

9.   AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE REGULATION
AND ABATEMENT OF UNSIGHTLY AND UNSANITARY
CONDITIONS.
This ordinance is on first reading and is
being recommended by the County Services Committee.      JOE PATTERSON

10.   AN ORDINANCE CALLING A SPECIAL ELECTION
ON THE QUESTION OF THE LEVY OF THE ANNUAL
DUES OF THE ROUND MOUNTAIN VOLUNTEER FIRE
DEPARTMENT; AND PRESCRIBING OTHER MATTERS
PERTAINING THERETO.
This ordinance is being
requested by the Round Mountain Volunteer Fire
Department and is being recommended by the County

11.   AN ORDINANCE CALLING A SPECIAL ELECTION
ON THE QUESTION OF THE LEVY OF THE ANNUAL
DUES OF THE WHEELER VOLUNTEER FIRE
DEPARTMENT; AND PRESCRIBING OTHER MATTERS
PERTAINING THERETO.
This ordinance is being
requested by the Wheeler Volunteer Fire Department ,
and is being recommended by the County Services

12.   AN ORDINANCE CALLING A SPECIAL ELECTION
ON THE QUESTION OF THE LEVY OF THE ANNUAL
DUES OF THE WEDDINGTON VOLUNTEER FIRE
DEPARTMENT; AND PRESCRIBING OTHER MATTERS
PERTAINING THERETO.
This ordinance is being
requested by the Weddington Volunteer Fire Department,
and is being recommended by the County Services

13.   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CLERK OF THE
DISTRICT COURT OF SPRINGDALE TO DESTROY
CERTAIN RECORDS PURSUANT TO ACT 627 OF 2007
(A.C.A. §16-10-211) AND AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY
JUDGE TO SIGN ANY NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION
TO ACCOMPLISH SUCH.
This resolution is being
recommended by the Jail/Law Enforcement/Courts

14.   A RESOLUTION COMMENDING THE GOVERNOR
AND THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY FOR PROVIDING
FOR CERTIFIED TRAINING FOR 911 EMERGENCY
DISPATCHERS AND URGING THAT CERTIFIED
DEATH INVESTIGATION TRAINING BE MADE
AVAILABLE.
This resolution is being recommended
