6. A Resolution Ordering that an Election Be Held on November 6, 2012, Involving the Issue of the Sale of Alcoholic Beverages in Springdale, Arkansas and Tontitown, Arkansas. This resolution is has been drafted by the County Attorney and is a mandatory ministerial duty of the Quorum Court.
