3. Financial Reports. The Committee will review the monthly financial reports from County Treasurer Roger Haney and County Comptroller Cheryl Bolinger.
4. Presentation and Discussion of Refinancing Historic Courthouse Bonds. Crews & Associates Investment Bankers will be present to discuss this with the Committee.
5. An Ordinance Appropriating The Amount Of $300,000 From The General Fund To The Transfers Out Budget; And Recognizing Additional Revenues Of $300,000 In The Insurance Benefit Fund For 2012. This ordinance is being recommended by County Health Insurance Consultant Nelson Driver. The balance of the Insurance Fund is $1,566,394.61 as of September 14 and needs a minimum of $283,706 to bring it to minimum balance of $1,850,000.
6. An Ordinance Reducing Line Items In The Circuit Court III Budget By $16,000; And Appropriating The Amount Of $25,000 From The General Fund To The Circuit Court III Budget For 2012. This request is for the purchase of a passenger van for juveniles.
7. Report from County Grant Administrator Wayne Blankenship on Grants Awarded to the County and Related Appropriation Requests and Resolutions Needed for the Submission of Grant Applications.
• A Resolution Authorizing The Submittal Of A Grant Application To The Arkansas Department Of Emergency Management.
• An Ordinance Anticipating Additional Revenues Of $68,923 In The High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) Grant Fund; And Appropriating $68,923 From The HIDTA Grant Fund To The HIDTA 2012 Grant G12GC0004A Budget for 2012.
