1.   Call to Order.

2.   Adoption of Agenda.

3.   Financial Reports. The Committee will review the monthly financial reports from County Treasurer Roger Haney and County Comptroller Cheryl Bolinger.

4.   Review of an Ordinance Reducing Full-time Salary Line Items in Various County Budgets and Restoring Those Funds to Unappropriated Reserves for 2012.  The 2012 Budget Controls state that surplus personnel appropriations shall be de-appropriated from Full-time Salaries on a quarterly basis (April/July/October). These surplus funds shall be restored to unappropriated reserves.

5.   Request to Recognize and Appropriate Monies in the General, Drug Enforcement-State, Drug Enforcement-Federal, and Boating Safety Funds for 2011.   These are the 1st quarter monies received from drug seizure/forfeitures in Washington County, Sheriff’s Work Release Program, and the Spay/Neuter Program.

6.   Report from County Grant Administrator Wayne Blankenship on Grants Awarded to the County and Related Appropriation Requests and Resolutions Needed for the Submission of Grant Applications.

• A Resolution Authorizing The County Judge To Apply For An Arkansas Community And Economic Development Program Grant On Behalf Of The American Air Filters Company, Inc.

• An Ordinance Anticipating Additional Revenue Of $30,000 In The General Fund, And Appropriating $30,000 From The General Fund To Juvenile Detention Center Budget For 2012.

7.   A Resolution Endorsing The Participation Of Ball Metal Food Container Corporation In The Sales And Use Tax Refund Program Authorized By The Consolidated Incentive Act Of 2003 And Ark. Code Ann. §15-4-2706(d).   This is being brought to the Committee by the Springdale Chamber.

8.   County’s Health Insurance Plan.   Insurance Consultant Nelson Driver will be present to discuss recommendations with the Committee.

9.   Other Business.   Any other business to be discussed by the Committee will be brought up at this time.

10.   Citizen Comments.
