Quorum Courtroom

The drawing for ballot positions for the November 3, 2020 General Election will take place on Friday, August 21, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. in the Quorum Courtroom of the Washington County Courthouse. At this meeting, ballot positions will be set for all contested Federal, State, County and Municipal races.

PHYSICAL ACCESS TO THE MEETING
If you do not have access to a computer, up to 10 people will be allowed to participate or view the meeting in the Washington County Quorum Courtroom at 280 N. College, Fayetteville, AR 72701.

Seating will be on a first come first serve basis, and attendees are required to sit at least 6 feet apart.

BALLOT DRAW WILL PROCEED AS FOLLOWS:
 The Candidate List is compiled first by office and then by filing date. Ballots will be drawn in this order.
 Any Candidates (or candidate representative) able to attend (virtually or in person) may choose to draw for ballot position or defer to the Election Commission to draw on his/her behalf.
 Once the Ballot Draw is complete, the Election Commission will post a full list on its website.
