The Washington County Election Commission will meet on Tuesday,  April 13th at 7:00 p.m. in Room 115 of the Washington County Courthouse.

The Purpose of the meeting will be:

The City of Elkins Special Election:  Canvas and County Early and Election Day Votes 

Budget Concerns and Request for 2021 and 2022

• New Pollbooks ( Review Presentation from ES&S)
• New layout for ExpressVotes
• New procedures and items needed for 2022 
  • • Scanner
    • Laptops
    • New Provisional Ballot Envelopes
    • Stamps
    • Payroll:  How many Early Vote Sites/ Election Day Sites/ Canvassers/ Staff for Post-Election Duties
    • Polling Locations
• Advertising Budget for 2021 ( additional request)

 Physical Access to the meeting: 

 If you do not have access to a computer, because of space the Election Commission will need to limit the amount of people who can participate or view the meeting in Room 115 of the Washington County Courthouse. 

 Seating will be on first come first serve basis and attendees are required to set at least 6 feet apart.
