5. An Emergency Ordinance Withdrawing From An Interlocal Agreement With The City Of Tontitown, Arkansas And Terminating Such. This ordinance is being brought to the Committee by Sheriff Tim Helder.

6. An Ordinance Amending An Interlocal Agreement For Jail Services With The City Of Fayetteville For 2013. This ordinance is extending the current agreement for 2013.

7. Other Business. Any other business to be discussed by the Committee will be brought up at this time.
