1. Call to Order. JP Butch Pond will call the meeting to order as senior member of the Public Services Committee.
2. Introduction of Committee Members. Members of the 2013-14 Personnel Committee are: Butch Pond, Ann Harbison, Mary Ann Spears, Candy Clark, Barbara Fitzpatrick, Ron Aman and Harvey Bowman.
3. Selection of Chair/Vice Chair.
4. Adoption of Agenda.
5. Review of the Responsibilities of the Personnel Committee: The responsibilities of the Personnel Committee include review and make recommendations regarding the development of a comprehensive personnel system for Washington County. This includes salary levels, policies, affirmative action review, employee insurance, fringe benefits, and travel policies.
6. Establishment of Regular Meeting Time. The Personnel Committee meeting today is the Monday, 10 days prior to the regular Quorum Court meeting, at 5:30 p.m. in the Quorum Court Room.
7. Report from Blair Johanson, Salary Consultant for Washington County.
8. Update from Nelson Driver, Insurance Consultant for Washington County.
9. Review of Quarterly Reports from Human Resources:

*Termination Report
*Turnover Analysis
10. Discussion Regarding Full Time Employees That Did Not Receive An Additional Salary Increase At The Beginning Of 2013 Due To Being Above The Cap For Their Position Grade. JP Ann Harbison asked that this item be placed on the agenda.
11. Request from Human Resources Director Lindsi Huffaker for the Addition of a Part-time Employee in the HR Budget for 2013.
12. Request from Sheriff Tim Helder to Change the Name of All Booking Officer Positions (Grade 12) to Adult Detention Officer Positions (Grade 12) in the Jail Budget for 2013.
13. Request from Circuit Clerk Kyle Sylvester to Change a Deputy Circuit Clerk I Position (Grade 10) to an Assistant Bookkeep Criminal/Juvenile Court Position (Grade 12) in the Circuit Clerk Clerk’s Budget for 2013.
14. A Resolution Declaring That A Vacancy Exists For The Position Of Constable, Justice Of The Peace District #9.
15. Other Business. Any other business to be discussed by the Committee will be brought up at this time.
