3.     Update from HR Director Lindsi Huffaker on Full Time Employees That Did Not Receive An Additional Salary Increase At The Beginning Of 2013 Due To Being Above The Cap For Their Position Grade.

4.     Consideration of Proposed Amendment to the Employee Handbook.  The Committee will review proposed amendments pertaining to the Family & Medical Leave Policy and the Arkansas Public Employees Retirement System (APERS) Policy. Changes to the Employee Handbook must be approved by a majority vote of the full Quorum Court.

5.     Report from Blair Johanson, Salary Consultant for Washington County. This report will also include a presentation on the history of the Job Evaluation/Salary Administration Program (JESAP).

6.     Other Business. Any other business to be discussed by the Committee will be brought up at this time.
