4. An Ordinance Adjusting Carryover Revenues in Various Funds for 2013.
5. Request to Recognize and Appropriate Monies in the Drug Enforcement-State and Drug Enforcement-Federal Funds for 2013. These are the 1st quarter monies received from drug seizure/forfeitures in Washington County.
6. Report from County Grant Administrator Wayne Blankenship on Grants Awarded to the County and Related Appropriation Requests and Resolutions Needed for the Submission of Grant Applications.
• A Resolution Authorizing The Submittal Of An Application For The SCAAP 2013 Grant To Be Used For Correctional Purposes.
• An Ordinance Recognizing Revenues Of $4,000 In The DEM Grant Fund; And, Appropriating The Amount Of $4,000 From The DEM Grant Fund To The MRC 2013 Grant Budget.
7. Appropriation Request for $40,000 from the Northwest Arkansas Intergovernmental Working Group on Water and Wastewater Issues (IWG). Rob Smith with the Northwest Arkansas Council will present this request.
8. Request from Buildings & Grounds Superintendent Ron Wood to Transfer $25,165 Within the Buildings & Grounds Budget for the Purchase of a Truck. Budget Controls state, “Transfers going into or out of the Capital Outlay Category shall not exceed $5,000 per year in the General Fund; any transfers exceeding this limit will require approval by the Finance Committee of the Quorum Court.”
