AGENDA

1. Call to Order & Adoption of Agenda.
2. Monthly Update from the Washington County Planning Office. County Planning Director Juliet Richey will update the Committee on activities of the Planning Office and County Planning Board during the past month.
3. Revised Spay/Neuter Program Application. The Animal Concerns Advisory Board is recommending changes to the income requirements for the Spay/Neuter Program to coincide with current HUD low income limits for Washington County. Changes to the Spay/Neuter regulations require approval of the full Quorum Court. (3.1, 3.2)
4. An Ordinance Amending An Interlocal Agreement With The Ozark Transit Authority; And For Other Purposes. A small change has been made to this agreement since it was discussed by the County Services Committee in February. (4.1-4.3)
5. Other Business. Any other business to be discussed by the Committee will be brought up at this time.
6. Public Comments.
