How do I assess my property?

Real estate

Real estate is automatically reappraised every 4 years, and new construction is added each year.

Personal property

Personal property like cars, boats, trailers, motorcycles, ATVs, and livestock must be assessed before May 31st each year.

You can re-assess online or by phone during regular business hours by calling (479) 444-1520. New assessments must be completed in person or by mail.
