1. Call to Order – Chairman Tom Lundstrum
2. Adoption of Agenda.
3. Introduction of Committee Members and County Staff. Members of the 2011-2012 Quorum Court Public Works Committee are: Tom Lundstrum, Ann Harbison, Rick Cochran, Micah Neal, and Barbara Fitzpatrick.
4. Review of the Responsibilities of the Public Works Committee: The responsibility of the Public Works Committee includes maintaining and expanding the County’s infrastructure to meet the needs of the County’s growth. Includes county jail, water systems, county buildings, parking areas, and contracted services. County Judge will keep Committee informed on road and county bridge development.
5. Establishment of Regular Meeting Time. In the previous term, the Public Works Committee met on the Monday, 17 days prior to the regular quorum Court meeting, at 4:45 p.m. (immediately following the County Services Committee meeting) in the Quorum Court Room.
6. Update on County Buildings – Ron Wood, County Building Superintendent.
7. Preliminary Discussion on the County Animal Shelter – Ron Wood, County Building Superintendent
8. Other Business: Any other business to be discussed by the Committee will be brought up at this time.
9. Public Comments.
10. Adjournment.
