1. Call to Order – Chair Ann Harbison

2. Introduction of Committee Members and County Staff. Members of the 2011-12 Quorum Court Personnel Committee are: Ann Harbison, Micah Neal, Joe Patterson, John Firmin, and Butch Pond.

3. General Review of the Responsibilities of the Personnel Committee. The responsibility of the Personnel Committee is to review and make recommendations to the Washington County Quorum Court regarding the development of a comprehensive personnel system for Washington County. This includes salary levels, policies, affirmative action review, employee insurance, fringe benefits, and travel policies.

4. Establishment of Regular Meeting Time. In the previous term, the Personnel Committee met on the Monday 10 days prior to the regular Quorum Court meeting at 4:45 p.m. in the Quorum Court Room.

5. Update from Nelson Driver, Insurance Consultant for Washington County.

6. Report from Blair Johanson, Salary Consultant for Washington County.

7. Review of Quarterly Reports from Human Resources:

? Termination Report
? Turnover Analysis

8. Other Business. Any other business to be discussed by the Committee will be brought up at this time.
