1. Call to Order.
2. Adoption of Agenda.
3. Financial Report. County Treasurer Roger Haney and County Comptroller Cheryl Bolinger will update the Committee on the monthly financial report.
4. An Ordinance Reducing Line Items In Various Funds And Appropriating Monies From Various Funds To Various Budget Line Items For Needed Adjustments For The Year 2010. This ordinance is needed to close out the financial books for 2010 and will be distributed at the meeting.
5. A Resolution Endorsing The Concept Of Submitting To The Electors Of Washington County The Levying Of A ¼ Cent Sales Tax For Public Transit. This resolution is being brought to the Finance Committee from the Ozarks Regional Transit Authority. (5.1)
6. Request from County Judge Marilyn Edwards to Anticipate and Appropriate Additional Revenue of $12,750 to the 2010 E-Waste Budget. County Environmental Affairs Director Robyn Reed will present this request. (6.1)
7. Other Business. Any other business to be discussed by the Committee will be brought up at this time.
