An Ordinance Approving An Amended Interlocal Agreement For Ambulance Services (“Agreement”) Between Washington County, Arkansas (“County”) And The Cities Of Elkins, Farmington, Fayetteville, Goshen, Greenland, Lincoln, Prairie Grove, West Fork, Winslow And Johnson (“Cities”); and to Establish the Ambulance Authority and Central Emergency and Non-Emergency Ambulance Service Within the Cities.
