1. Call to Order.
2. Adoption of Agenda.
3. Report from the Washington County Planning Office: County Planning Director Juliet Richey will update the Committee on activities of the County Planning Board during the past month.
4. An Ordinance Approving An Interlocal Agreement To Coordinate Environmental Education Funds And Personnel. At the recommendation of last year’s County Services Committee, this ordinance has been before the Quorum Court for two readings and has been on hold until action was taken by the Madison County Quorum Court. Madison County has recently approved the interlocal agreement and this ordinance will now be on 3rd reading at the April 14 Washington County Quorum Court meeting.
5. Report from the Department of Emergency Management for Washington County: Emergency Services Director John Luther will provide an overview of his office. Discussion will include the possibility of purchasing a county-wide “Alert System.”
6. Review Estimated Animal Shelter Revenue and Operation Expenses. The County’s Animal Concerns Advisory Board will be providing information to the Committee at this time.
7. Other Business: Any other business to be discussed by the Committee will be brought up at this time.
