2. Adoption of Agenda.
3. Financial Report. County Treasurer Roger Haney and County Comptroller Cheryl Bolinger will update the Committee on the monthly financial report.
4. Report from County Grant Administrator Wayne Blankenship on Grants Awarded to the County and Related Appropriation Requests and Resolutions Needed for the Submission of Grant Applications.
• An Ordinance Anticipating Revenue Of $371,610 In The General Fund; And Appropriating $371,610 From The General Fund To Various Homeland Security Budgets For 2011.
• An Ordinance Anticipating Additional Revenues Of $105,425 In The High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) Grant Fund; And Appropriating $105,425 From The HIDTA Grant Fund To The HIDTA 2009 Grant G09GC0004A Budget For 2011.
• An Ordinance Anticipating Additional Revenues Of $62,500 In The High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) Grant Fund; And Appropriating $62,500 From The HIDTA Grant Fund To The 2011 HIDTA Grant G11GC0004A Budget For 2011.
• An Ordinance Recognizing Additional Revenues Of $6,979 In The General Fund And $530,365 In The Road Fund; And Appropriating The Amount Of $100,000 From The Road Fund To The Road Budget For 2011.
5. An Ordinance Reducing General Fund Short-Term Contingencies By $40,000; And Appropriating $40,000 From The General Fund To The Environmental Affairs Budget For 2011. This request is to participate in the NWA Intergovernmental Working Group on Water and Wastewater Issues. The County Services Committee has reviewed this request and has forwarded it to the Finance Committee for funding consideration.
6. Update on 2012 Budget. The 2012 Budget will be before the Quorum Court on December 8 as recommended by the Budget Committee of the Whole.
7. Other Business. Any other business to be discussed by the Committee will be brought up at this time.
