1. Call to Order.
2. Adoption of Agenda.
3. Financial Report. County Treasurer Roger Haney and County Comptroller Cheryl Bolinger will update the Committee on the monthly financial report.
4. Report from County Grant Administrator Wayne Blankenship on Grants Awarded to the County and Related Appropriation Requests and Resolutions Needed for the Submission of Grant Applications.
* An Ordinance Recognizing Additional Revenues Of $92,582 In The Jail Operations Fund; And Appropriating The Amount Of $92,582 From The Jail Operations Fund To The SCAAP 2011 Budget.
* A Resolution Authorizing The County Judge To Apply For An Arkansas Community And Economic Development Program Grant On Behalf Of The Tyson Foods, Mexican Original Plant.
* A Resolution Authorizing The County Judge To Apply For A Rural Services Block Grant On Behalf Of The Lincoln Fire Department.
5. An Ordinance Requiring That All Lease Or Rental Proceeds Generated From Leasing Or Renting Space In The Old Historic Washington County Courthouse Be Used To Pay For The Security Of The Building. This ordinance is being brought to the Committee for consideration by JP Candy Clark.
6. An Ordinance Transferring Monies Within The Buildings And Grounds – Jail Budget Of The Jail Operations Fund For 2011. This transfer is needed to cover the cost of the Video Visitation system at the Jail.
7. An Ordinance Levying The County, Municipal And School District Taxes For The Year 2011. The Quorum Court is required to levy the county, municipal, and school taxes for the current year at its regular meeting in November of each year.
8. Other Business. Any other business to be discussed by the Committee will be brought up at this time.
