1. Call to Order.
2. Adoption of Agenda.
3. Financial Report. County Treasurer Roger Haney and County Comptroller Cheryl Bolinger will update the Committee on the monthly financial report.
4. An Emergency Ordinance Granting Approval Of Short Term Financing With Arvest Equipment Finance For Certain Road Equipment For Sixty Months. This ordinance is being requested by County Judge Marilyn Edwards.
5. A Resolution Endorsing The Participation Of Core Brewing And Distilling Company, LLC., In The Sales And Use Tax Refund Program Authorized By The Consolidated Incentive Act Of 2003 And Ark. Code Ann. §15-4-2706(D). This resolution is being recommended by the Springdale Chamber.
6. Request from County Assessor Jeff Williams to Transfer $17,693 from the Within the Assessor’s Budget for 2011. This transfer from the Small Equipment Line Item to the Machinery & Equipment Line Item to pay for the purchase of two copiers.
7. Request from County Judge Marilyn Edwards for an Appropriation of $23,000 from General Fund Short-Term Contingencies to the Environmental Affairs Budget for 2011. This appropriation is needed to replace the funds expended from this budget during the Cincinnati Tornado.
8. Report from County Grant Administrator Wayne Blankenship on Grants Awarded to the County and Related Appropriation Requests and Resolutions Needed for Submission of Grant Applications:
* A Resolution Authorizing The County Judge To Apply For An Arkansas Rural Development Commission Grant On Behalf Of The Wheeler Rural Fire Department.
* An Ordinance Recognizing Additional Revenues Of $31,167 In The General Fund; And Appropriating $31,167 From The General Fund To The Juvenile Detention Center Grant-In-Aid 2011/2012 Budget For 2011.
9. Request from County Judge Marilyn Edwards for an Appropriation from General Fund Long-Term Contingencies to the Information Systems Budget for the Virtual Machine Project. Information regarding this request will be distributed at meeting time.
10. Other Business. Any other business to be discussed by the Committee will be brought up at this time.
