A G E N D A

1.   Call to Order.

2.   Adoption of Agenda.

3.   Financial Report. County Treasurer Roger Haney and County Comptroller Cheryl Bolinger will update the Committee on the monthly financial report.

4.   A Resolution Endorsing The Participation Of J.V. Manufacturing, Inc., In The Sales And Use Tax Refund Program Authorized By The Consolidated Incentive Act Of 2003 And Ark. Code Ann. §15-4-2706(D). This resolution is being recommended by the Springdale Chamber of Commerce.

5.   Review of Washington County’s Legislative Audit for the Year 2008. The Quorum Court will need to acknowledge receipt of the Audit and the responses.

6.   Report from County Grant Administrator Wayne Blankenship on Grants Awarded to the County and Related Appropriation Requests and Resolutions Needed for Submission of Grant Applications:

* A Resolution Authorizing The Submittal Of A Grant Application To The Arkansas Department Of Environmental Quality, Solid Waste Management Division.

* A Resolution Authorizing The Submittal Of An Application For The SCAAP 2011 Grant To Be Used For Correctional Purposes.

* A Resolution Authorizing The Submittal Of A Grant Application To The Arkansas Fire Prevention Commission.

* A Resolution Authorizing The Submittal Of An Application For A Bureau Of Justice Assistance Grant To Be Used For Bullet Proof Vests.

* An Ordinance Recognizing And Appropriation The Amount Of $3,450 In The General Fund For The Community Fire Prevention Grant Budget For 2011.

7.   An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 2011-30 To Reflect The Correct Amount Appropriated From The County Library Fund To The Municipal Library Funding Line Item Of The County Library Budget For 2011. This request is being brought to the Committee by Comptroller Cheryl Bolinger.

8.   An Ordinance Appropriating The Amount Of $28,000 From The HIV Clinic Fund To The HIV Clinic Budget For 2011. This request is being brought to the Committee by Comptroller Cheryl Bolinger and will cover the last half of 2010 payments to AHEC for the cost of the HIV Clinic medical doctor's contract. It will be budget neutral since the funds also carried forward from 2010.

9.   An Ordinance Recognizing And Appropriating The Amount Of $7,729 In The Jail Operations & Maintenance Fund For 2011. This request is being brought to the Committee by Sheriff Tim Helder and is needed for the final invoice on the Tactical Training Facility.

10.   Other Business. Any other business to be discussed by the Committee will be brought up at this time.
