3. Report from the Sheriff’s Office on Enforcement and Adult Detention.
4. An Ordinance Authorizing The Elkins District Court Clerk To Contract With And Refer County Cases To American Municipal Services (AMS) For The Collection Of Delinquent Fines And Court Costs. This is being brought to the Committee based on discussions at the last meeting.
5. Other Business. Any other business to be discussed by the Committee will be brought up at this time.
