1. Call to Order.
2. Adoption of Agenda.
3. Financial Report. County Treasurer Roger Haney and County Comptroller Cheryl Bolinger will update the Committee on the monthly financial report.
4. Review of the Prosecuting Attorney’s Hot Check Fee Account for 2011. The Prosecuting Attorney is required each year to provide a report to the Quorum Court on the Hot Check Fee Account.
5. Report from County Grant Administrator Wayne Blankenship on Grants Awarded to the County and Related Appropriation Requests and Resolutions Needed for the Submission of Grant Applications:
• A Resolution Authorizing The Submittal Of A Grant Application To The Arkansas Department Of Environmental Quality, Solid Waste Management Division.
• A Resolution Authorizing The Submittal Of A Grant Application To The Arkansas Department Of Environmental Quality, Solid Waste Management Division.
• A Resolution Authorizing The Submittal Of A Grant Application To The Arkansas Department Of Environmental Quality, Solid Waste Management Division E-Waste Grant Program.
• An Ordinance Recognizing Additional Revenue Of $15,785 In The General Fund For 2011; And Appropriating $15,785 From The General Fund To The JAG Grant 2011 Budget For 2011.
6. An Ordinance Reducing The Health Department Budget In The General Fund By $700; And Appropriating The Amount Of $700 From The HIV Clinic Fund To The HIV Clinic Budget For 2012. This is being requested by the Comptroller’s Office.
7. An Ordinance Authorizing the County Judge to Enter into a Contract for Services with the Association of Arkansas Counties. This ordinance is being brought to the Committee by the County Attorney as Quorum Court authorization is necessary each year in order for the County to contract with AAC.
8. Other Business. Any other business to be discussed by the Committee will be brought up at this time.
