3. Report from the Washington County Planning Office. Planning Director Juliet Richey will update the Committee on activities of the County Planning Board during the past month.
4. An Ordinance Amending Washington County Code 11-202.1 Pertaining To Conditional Use Permits And Phased Development. This is being brought to the Committee by Planning Director Juliet Richey.
5. An Ordinance Providing For The Regulation And Abatement Of Unsightly And Unsanitary Conditions. This ordinance is being brought to the Committee for discussion by JP Joe Patterson.
