The Washington County Election Commission will meet February 9th at 7:00 p.m. in Room 115 of the Washington County Courthouse.
The purpose of the meeting will be to canvas and count returns of the Special Elections for the Farmington School District and City of Prairie Grove.
For registered voters in the Farmington School District and the City of Prairie Grove polls will be open from 7:30 to 7:30.

The Election Commission starting at 7:00 will:
- Canvass and Count Absentee Ballots
- Canvas and Count Early Vote Ballots
- Results will not be released until after 7:30
- Canvas and Count Election Day Ballots
- Determine the meeting time for Provisional Ballot Review ( if needed ) and Certification.

Physical Access to the meeting:
If you do not have access to a computer, because of space the Election Commission will need to limit the amount of people who can participate or view the meeting in Room 115 in the Washington County Courthouse.
Seating will be on first come first serve basis and attendees are required to sit at least 6 feet apart. Due to safety and health concerns, anyone entering will be subject to having their temperature taken and required to wear a face covering and may be turned away if maximum occupancy has been reached.
