Election Commission Meeting

 The Washington County Election Commission will meet on Wednesday,  April 21st at 9:00 a.m. in Room 115 of the Washington County Courthouse.

The Agenda for the meeting is: 

1. Approve Minutes from the Previous meetings

2. Logic and Accuracy Certification for the May 18, 2021 Annual School Election

3. Poll Worker Notice for the May 18, 2021 Annual School Election

4. Line Item Request for Advertising 2021

5. Poll Book Update/ Questions answered from ES&S

6. Items needed for 2021/2022 
a. Scanner:  Absentee Voter Statements- $306.52 x 3= $919.56
b. Laptops:  Absentee Provisional List/ Provisional Voter List-$814.66 (2)
c. Laptop for Jennifer: $1271.67
d. New Provisional Ballot Envelopes:  Remove Optional Verification of Identity Affirmation:  $875.00
e. Stamps:  Spoiled Ballots: $19.99 x 17=$339.83

8. City of Tontitown Special Election/ repealed ordinances calling for June 8, 2021 Election

Physical Access to the meeting: 

If you do not have access to a computer, because of space the Election Commission will need to limit the amount of people who can participate or view the meeting in the Quorum Courtroom of the Washington County Courthouse. 

 Seating will be on first come first serve basis and attendees are required to set at least 6 feet apart.
