Election Commission Meeting

Room 115

The Washington County Election Commission will meet in Room 115 of the Washington County Courthouse on Friday, August 20th at 1:00 p.m.  The purpose of the meeting will be:

  • 1.Approve Minutes from the Previous meetings

     

  • 2.Ballot Disposition Report for the August 10, 2021 City of Fayetteville Special Election

     

  • 3.Certification of the August 10, 2021 City of Fayetteville Special Election

     

  • 4.Approve ballot for the October 12, 2021 City of Tontitown Special Election

                                                                                                                                                 

  • 5.Sign Notice of Election for the October 12, 2021 City of Tontitown Special Election

     

  • 6.New Voter Statement for the Absentee Ballots

     

  • 7.New Provisional Ballot Envelope

     

  • 8.Update Voter ID Information/ Absentee Ballot Information

     

  • 9.Re-Districting Information for School Districts

     

  • 10.OSHER Life Long Learning Classes:October 29th and November 5th

     

  • 11.Set meeting dates for:
    • Absentee And Election Night Procedure Discussion
    • Logic & Accuracy and Poll Worker Notice for the October 12th Special
    • Certification for the October 12th Special
  • 12. Upcoming Meeting Dates and Times
    • NWA Regional Meeting: Redistrict: September 22nd  @ 10:00
    • Election Night: October 12th @ 7:00
  •  13. Other Business

Physical Access to the meeting: 

If you do not have access to a computer, because of space the Election Commission will need to limit the amount of people who can participate or view the meeting in Room 115 of the Washington County Courthouse.
