A Resolution Authorizing The Clerk Of The District Court Of Springdale To Destroy Certain Records Pursuant To Act 627 Of 2007 (A.C.A. §16-10-211) And Authorizing The County Judge To Sign Any Necessary Documentation To Accomplish Such. This resolution is being requested by the Springdale District Court.
