Election Commission Meeting

Room 115

The Washington County Election Commission will meet in Room 115 of the Washington County Courthouse on Friday, October 22, 2021 at 1:00 p.m.   The agenda for the meeting will be:

1. Approval of the Minutes from the Previous Meetings

2. Provisional Ballot Hearing for the October 12, 2021 City of Tontitown Special Election

3. Certification of the October 12, 2021 City of Tontitown Special Election

4. Review of Justice of the Peace District Maps:  Please note: This is the first look at proposed maps created by Northwest Regional Planning.  The Commission has not met previously to give input on the two proposed maps.  There will be several meetings to discuss these maps, as well as other maps that are being created.   To view redistricting information go to:  https://www.washingtoncountyar.gov/government/departments-a-e/election-commission/2021-washington-county-redistricting-information

5. Set Meeting Dates for:

a. Review of JP District Maps
b. Approval of School Zone Maps

Physical Access to the meeting: 

If you do not have access to a computer, because of space the Election Commission will need to limit the amount of people who can participate or view the meeting in Room 115 of the Washington County Courthouse.
