a. August 26th Ballot Draw at 1:00
b. September 7th Ballot Approval/Vote Center Approval at 1:00
c. October 13th L&A Certification and Poll Worker Notice
d. November 8th Election Day
e. November 10th Provisional Ballot Review at 9:00
f. November 17th Provisional Ballot Hearing at 9:00
g. November 18th Certification
5. Meeting Dates Needed
a. Budget Review for QC/ I have not received any notice of dates yet for this review
b. New Precincts for City of Fayetteville Wards: Deadline is September 9th/ Waiting on new maps
c. Vote Center Changes and Early Vote Changes: Deadline is September 9th/ Will need to meet before September 7th to discuss
6. Runoff Election if Needed
a. Ballot Approval and Site Locations will be discussed at prior meetings
b. November 22nd L&A Certification at 9:00
c. December 6th Election Day
d. December 8th Provisional Ballot Review at 9:00
e. December 16 Provisional Ballot Hearing and Certification at 1:00
