Position Title: Team Lead Officer (Intake and DEL) - Division VIII - Currently two open positions

Department: Division VIII - Judge Diane Warren

Salary: $57,750.51 - $64,972.14 (DOE)

Pay Grade: 16

Workday & Hours: (Full-Time 8:00am- 4:30pm)

Benefits Eligibility: Eligible (After 60 days of employment, Health - Dental - Vision - Life Insurance -  EAP Program - Retirement APERS (Arkansas Public Employees Retirement System) 

Vacation Eligibility after 6 months of employment (84 hours up to 3 years)

Sick hours available after 90 days of employment (112 hours up to 3 years)

Twelve Holidays a year + Employee Birthday (Thirteen total)

Job Summary:

Juvenile Court are divided into three basic sections. These sections are Probation; FINS, and Criminal Intake/Diversion Programs. There is one Team Lead Officer responsible for the front line supervision of each of the three divisions. Like the Juvenile Officers, the Lead Juvenile Officers are responsible for the supervision of juvenile cases and monitoring of juveniles and their families to ensure their compliance with their issued court orders. The Team Lead Officer will work as part of a cohesive team and will be required to assume duties as part of a multi-faceted operation that would address an array of juvenile and family situations both judicial and non-judicial in nature.

Required Qualifications:

Must be able to pass a criminal background check, obtain and maintain federally mandated security clearances where required, this position is subject to pre-employment, random drug and reasonable suspicion testing and if a promotional position, candidate must pass an assignment drug test.
