Administrative & Financial Records illustrate Washington County's policy and financial history from 1835 to the present. The County Clerk and Treasurer create the majority of these records, most of which are available through the Archives. The Archives currently has access to the following records, mostly on microfilm:

• Quorum Court Records, 1977-2011
• Treasurer's Accounts, 1869-2015
• Treasurer's School Accounts, 1890-2015
