GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS: Washington County is requesting competitive proposals from vendors to provide repairs for the Mitsubishi Electric City Multi Split Air‐Conditioner and heat pump systems at the Historic Courthouse. Vendor shall provide information for units to cover the entire square footage of the Historic Courthouse.
REQUIREMENT: Bidders failing to comply with any of the following requirements will not be considered for the evaluation and award process:
- Each quote submitted must include 100% of all items within each category
- Submittals are required to list brand names on the items bid.
