Judge Edwards is pleased to announce that County Road 195 and the Harvey Dowell Bridge are complete and the road is now open to traffic.

The Harvey Dowell Bridge will be opening soon! As of Novemver 8th, the driving surface of the bridge has been poured. The approaches, roadways, and other aspects of the bridge still have to be completed. It is EXPECTED to be open to traffic by early December.
